No license is required for handling a motor boat under 30hp.

• Before renting, we will inspect the boat together to ensure you are satisfied with its condition.

• The boat is provided with a full tank of fuel. Fuel consumption is charged extra and will be paid by you upon return at our base.

• Our boats are insured for bodily injury and property damage resulting from a collision at sea with third parties.

• Sunny Tours is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal property during the rental.

By renting from us, you agree to:

• Return the boat in the same condition you received it. You will be responsible for any damage caused by misuse or neglect.

• Return the boat before sunset for safety reasons.

• Understand that early returns do not qualify for a refund.

• Ensure that only you handle the boat during the rental period.

• Keep the boat within 2 nautical miles from the coast.
